As a seasoned operational Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant, Christopher has spent his career leading teams through high-stakes acquisitions and delivering specialized training at the agency level. He established Hardcastle Acquisition Excellence Academy on the belief that superior outcomes for both government and industry start with practitioner-led instruction and mentoring. By shifting the focus from checklist, templates and one-strategy-to-rule-them-all approaches to thoughtful, critical thinking, he ensures that acquisition professionals are well equipped to navigate the dynamic federal acquisition landscape with precision and confidence.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy and Air Force, Christopher holds an MBA from Ohio University and is an avid sailor, motorcyclist, Bigfoot enthusiast and a dedicated father.
